5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and force majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure, travel disruptions, venue restrictions, technical failures, or governmental measures.

All frameworks, methodologies, concepts, visuals, written materials, and verbal content delivered as part of The Insight Protocol™ are protected by intellectual property laws. Training materials are provided for internal use only and may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or resold without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and practical relevance, The Insight Protocol™ makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes. No liability shall be accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the application or interpretation of training content.
