<2. Data we process
When you use the proposal form, the site prepares an email in your own email application. The message may contain your name, work email, company, participant range, business objective and any information you write in the message field. The website itself does not submit or retain that form data.
If you send the email, Guy receives and processes the information through his email service. Basic technical data may also be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, request time and requested page.

4. Sharing and international transfers
Personal data is shared only where necessary with service providers supporting email, website hosting, security and professional administration, or where required by law. Providers act under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, an appropriate safeguard such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses will be used where required.
5. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact guy@guypardillos.com to exercise a right. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the supervisory authority where you live or work.
6. Security and required information
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. You do not have to provide enquiry information, but without enough contact and project information Guy may not be able to respond or prepare a proposal. There is no solely automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Changes
This notice may be updated when the site, service providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
